One of the biggest trends to date for wedding dresses are that the dresses aren’t limited to white. I know, I know, not wearing white on your wedding day – that’s crazy right? Well, not to some people. We are seeing more and more women preferring an off-white option. For example, some brides prefer a shade of blush or yellow. And some brides prefer two-toned dresses.

2. Showing Some Skin

While early Spring can be chilly, later in the season it is a perfect time to show off your skin. A popular trend in wedding dresses this year, have been cropped tops. It’s a perfect combination of casual and chic and uniquely elegant about a bride showing a sliver of skin on her wedding day. It’s also is making for great bridesmaids dresses.

Whether it’s incorporated into the fabric by embroidery or the pattern is painted on, what better way to bloom on your wedding day with a floral wedding dress and a floral headband.

4. Sheer Magic

One of our favorite trends we have seen so far is the addition of sheer material to a wedding dress. More and more, wedding gowns are having bodice necklines to look like the skin is showing. This mesmerizing optical illusion is also used in other parts of dresses. For example, the bodice material is perfect if you want to show a sneak peak of your legs in your gown.

You’re sure to feel like a princess with this trend. We have seen a lot of dresses that have taken on a more fluid shape. With a softer look and breezy like material, brides can easily achieve that classy and elegant ball gown look with a relaxed flowy material. What better way to feel like a princess walking down the aisle than with your dress flowing beautifully in the wind?
